Note

white musk

soft, bright, close to the base.

The clean cousin of musk. Synthetic, soapy, slightly powdery. The note that modern fragrances use to 'close' a composition. Reads as 'fresh out of the shower' at saturation, nearly invisible at moderation. Galaxolide and habanolide are the workhorses.
