Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on Olfacta that take you to a shop are affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, the shop may pay Olfacta a small commission. You pay the same price.

What it never changes

We recommend a perfume because it fits your reading, never because a shop pays for it. A perfume with no affiliate link is recommended in exactly the same way as one with a link. A commission never decides which perfumes we show, the order we show them in, or what we write about them.

How to tell

A button that takes you to a shop, like “find at sephora”, may be an affiliate link. Placements a brand has paid for are a different thing, and they are always labelled as sponsored.

Who we work with

We use affiliate networks, such as Awin, and programmes run directly by shops. When you click, the network or the shop may record that you came from Olfacta, usually with a cookie on their own site. Their privacy policy covers what they record. Ours is in the Privacy Policy.
